How do payment and scope work?
Reviews, audits and fixes are paid 100% upfront. Automation work is 50% upfront and the balance at agreed milestones. Before you pay, you get the scope, turnaround, deliverables and the number of revision rounds in writing. Anything outside that is quoted separately, never added to the bill.
What does a "From" price mean?
It is the price of the smallest version of the job. We take a first look, then confirm a fixed price before you pay anything. It does not change once you agree to it.
Why do some checks still say "Ask for a quote"?
Their size depends on your system: a site with 20 pages is not the same job as one with 2,000. Tell us what you have, and we reply with a fixed price within one working day.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee the deliverables listed on each check. We do not promise rankings, savings or traffic, because those depend on things outside our control, and anyone who promises them is guessing.
Do we have to hire you afterwards?
No. The report and fix list are yours to keep, and they are written so that your own team or another developer can act on them.
What access do you need?
As little as the check allows: read-only or test access wherever possible. We tell you exactly what we need before we start, and nothing is kept after the work is done.
